What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation. During hypnosis the conscious mind relaxes allowing the subconscious part of the mind to be accessed. The subconscious mind needs to be accessed as this is the part of the mind that is in control of all our emotions, experiences and memories.
